Why Kindround exists
Care software is sold to providers on badges, priced by the module, and configured for weeks by the vendor. Kindround started from the other end: inside one registered service, on its real rounds, with the registered manager in the room.
Who builds it
Hibba Ltd is a UK software company that builds websites and business applications for small firms. Kindround is its care product: specified, built and operated in the United Kingdom.
The founding reference service
Copper Connect Care is a CQC-registered domiciliary care provider and Kindround's prototype partner. The discovery week, the pilot group, the parallel runs and the gate sign-offs happen there first. Nothing on this site names a client without written permission.
How we work
- Specification first: a functional specification with numbered requirements and acceptance criteria, and a technical specification that is binding for the build.
- Gates with signatures: scope baseline, build complete, go-live and steady state, each closed by a one-page record.
- Honesty about assurance: what is held, what is planned, what is not claimed.
- Medication last, with a clinical safety case.
