Accessibility statement
This statement covers kindround.com and, when live, the Kindround office app, carer app and family portal. Hibba Ltd is committed to making them accessible in line with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 at level AA.
How accessible this website is
Text and interface colours meet AA contrast, body text meets AAA. Every page has one heading level one, landmarks, a skip link and a visible focus ring. Menus and accordions use native controls. Animations respect the reduced motion preference. Layouts reflow at 320 pixels and at 200 percent zoom without horizontal scrolling. Targets are at least 24 by 24 pixels.
The carer app
Targets are at least 44 pixels, body text at least 16 pixels, the app is tested one-handed, and copy is written to a reading age of nine.
Testing
Automated checks with axe-core run on every page in continuous integration and must return zero violations. Manual checks cover keyboard navigation, screen readers (VoiceOver on macOS and NVDA on Windows), 200 percent zoom and reduced motion.
