Offline and safety
Every write is an event with a device-generated id; the server accepts each once and rejects individually, so one rejection never blocks the queue.
Three PIN failures force a full sign-in; ten wipe the local cache. A device unseen for 60 days is revoked and self-wipes.
A stale day pack is shown as stale. Medication tasks refuse to render from a pack older than the configured limit.
