Who we are

Hibba Ltd operates kindround.com and the Kindround platform. For this website and for enquiries, Hibba Ltd is the controller.

This website

We set no non-essential cookies and use no analytics, advertising or session-recording services. The contact form sends your message to our team by email and we keep it for 24 months so we can answer follow-ups. Cloudflare Turnstile checks the form for automated abuse and may set a functional cookie for that purpose only. Server logs are held by Cloudflare for security for a short period.

The Kindround platform

Care records held in Kindround belong to the care provider you deal with. The provider is the controller for that data; Hibba Ltd processes it on the provider's instructions under a written data processing agreement, on the basis of Article 9(2)(h) UK GDPR (health and social care). Questions about care records go to the provider in the first instance. Staff and family accounts on the platform are covered by the provider's own privacy notice.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to processing. Use the contact form. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
